Our STORY
Pioneer is a family run business which was set up with the sole purpose of making a difference in the health and social care sector. Wanting to put our values-based search and selection expertise to good use in a sector that matters to us all, Pioneer was born. We spotted a gap in the market for a refined recruitment service where a client can be satisfied that the best candidates in the market are being shortlisted.
We are an energetic team with a combined 50 years’ experience in recruitment. We work diligently and with integrity to support the recruitment of management and executive positions for our clients in the Health and Social Care sector. Pioneer is an ethical and flexible search and selection specialist where employee wellbeing and welfare is key, our clients and candidates feel this in the immaculate and warm service they receive.
We work with the Pioneer methodology, undertaking a detailed market mapping and intelligence based research.
