When a longstanding client entrusted Pioneer Talent with the search for a Regional Director in a talent-scarce region, we took it as a challenge we simply couldn’t resist. Patiently, we convinced her to explore the opportunity. With some gentle nudges and plenty of due diligence on her part, she came around—and then some! A series of conversations with our client’s recruitment head, COO, and CEO confirmed what we already knew: this was a match made in talent heaven.
She started last month, and the feedback from both sides has been phenomenal. This success wasn’t just luck—it was the result of our relentless relationship-building, deep cultural insight, and unwavering determination to connect the right talent with the right opportunity.
Regional Manager – Supported Living Organization
For another valued client, Pioneer Talent was tasked with finding a key hire for their Supported Living services. It was a tough market, but we dove in headfirst with enthusiasm and determination.

Her CV didn’t do her justice, so we rolled up our sleeves and revamped it to reflect her extensive knowledge and experience. Then, we had an in-depth chat with the Operations Director, emphasising why this candidate was worth meeting—even though they’d previously dismissed her based on that old CV.
Spoiler alert: they met, they clicked, and she’s now thriving in the role, delivering results that exceed expectations. This placement proved the power of persistence, keen insight, and taking the time to uncover hidden talent gems.
